Framework Analytics Inc. has been retained to conduct this survey on behalf of the National Payroll Institute ("the Institute"). 
 
This survey has been designed to help the Institute better understand the needs and expectations of members, and make informed and effective decisions about its services and offerings.
 
We recognize that your time is valuable, and we appreciate your participation. Your responses to the following questions will help ensure that products and services meet your needs. Please be candid and forthright. Your individual responses will not be shared with the Institute other than in summary or aggregated form.
 
The results of this survey will be analyzed by Framework Partners Inc. to determine where the Institute can make improvements to meet member expectations and to assist with strategic planning.
 
While individual completion times may vary significantly, we expect the average response time for the survey to be between 20 and 25 minutes. We recognize that your time is valuable. Care has been taken to ensure that only relevant questions are asked.
 
Respondents who fully complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win one of the following (Prize draw not valid in Quebec):
  • one (1) $1,500 grand prize Flight gift card
  • one (1) of four (4) Yeti Tundra Haul wheeled coolers (one per each of the following four regions: Pacific, Prairie, Ontario, and Atlantic Canada); or
  • one (1) of 200 $15 coffee cards (50 cards per region); or
  • one (1) of four (4) $250 donations to local charities (one per region).

While completing the survey, please remember that all responses are anonymous and treated confidentially. The privacy of your responses has been protected in several ways:

  • The website is secure;
  • An external consultant, Framework Analytics Inc., is collecting and analyzing the results;
  • Framework Analytics Inc. is compliant with privacy legislation.
  • This survey is conducted in compliance with the Canadian Research Insights Council’s Code of Ethics; and
  • Responses will be grouped. NO INDIVIDUAL RESPONSES WILL EVER BE ATTRIBUTED.
