• Framework Analytics Inc. is an independent research company retained to conduct this survey on behalf of OREB.
• Your responses will not be shared with OREB other than in summary form, and the surveys will be destroyed following untraceable data tabulation.

Taking the survey:

• We recognize that your time is valuable and appreciate your participation.
• The survey typically takes about 15-20 minutes to complete. However, response times can vary significantly.

Prize draw:

• The first 50 respondents to the survey will receive one of fifty (50) $10 coffee cards to their choice of either Tim Hortons or Starbucks.
• If you fully complete the survey, you can choose to enter your name for a prize draw.

• An external consultant, Framework Partners Inc., is collecting and analyzing the results;
• Framework is fully compliant with all privacy legislation. This survey is conducted in compliance with the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association's (MRIA) Code of Ethics; and
• Responses will be grouped. No individual responses will ever be attributed.
